Scott Pilgrim just was unfortunately not one of them. Plus if you look at the ones from the past 15 or so years the WOM has helped carry they tend to open closer to or above 20M, with ticket prices what they are today, 10M is just not a big enough population sample to drive a movie, in most cases.
