I think what is wrong with the post is:
It's advertising by the film's producers, not the posting of news that is helpful to traders. "Pope visits place where something happened, hey, by the way we produced a movie about that something and it happens to be coming out soon". I think if the news is really newsworthy someone who is not the film's producer will post it.
Also, putting the link in the post title is bad form. Generally, you should post the name of the news source, followed by the news item's headline, as the post title. Then in the body of the post, create a link with the chain icon that appears above the message field, inserting the specific url of the news item in the pop up box, thus creating an actual link to the story instead of requiring people to copy and paste the url into their browsers.
But first and foremost it should be news and not an attempt to publicise one's project. Not that I don't imagine plenty of people with pseudenyms post self-interested things here. For all we know HarryWarden is the director of Piranha 2 (nb, I don't really think that). But it's annoying and i personally frown upon it.
