WOLVE screwed him up. They basically said "screw the comics" and did their own thing....
In the comics, He was excellent with both blades and guns. In WOLVE, he only used 2 swords. In the comics, he could teleport and heal twice as good as wolverine. In WOLVE, he had lazer vision like Cyclops, his swords came outta his arms like Baraka from Mortal Kombat. In the comics, he was the "Merc with a Mouth" and had puns like Spider-Man's puns on steroids. In WOLVE, they singed his mouth shut. The WOLVE movie got it all wrong. And if they do the Deadpool movie like they made him in WOLVE, it will be a crap movie. If you're going to do Deadpool, do Deadpool. Don't do some cross over of your favorite heroes with a few other games thrown in there.
