men in black 3: c+, silver linings playbook: c, movie 43: c-
Mib3: probably deserves an f for the filmmaking (illogical story, some cgi'd action looks cheap), but film breezes along, mostly thanks to cast (even if smith and jones are phoning it in) brolin really makes the movie, even if I'm not buying that ending.
slp: overrated! But I can see why people like it, it's basically a sitcom like people lap up on CBS Monday night. Sitcom plot, silly caricatures. Cooper Lawrence have little to no chemistry . There are some laughs, but Oscar worthy? No. It's an arthouse parody of a lesser everybody loves Raymond episode.
movie43: early segments were slightly amusing (credit I guess to hjack and kwins for having the... uh, balls to do this, but I was looking at the time by the 45 minute mark.
