STORY: It’s 1973, and after a grocery store robbery goes terribly wrong, ending in a brutal murder, small time crooks Dick and Norm flee to a hotel resort in Mexico. Trying to keep a low profile they pose as cash rich vacationing oil riggers on the lookout for girls. Norm, a flawed but gentle character starts a hesitant romance with the naive and sweet natured Bette who is also holidaying with two of her girlfriends. But Dick, unable to keep his psychotic impulses in check, has a darker purpose in mind. When he discovers that the girls are hiding a large amount of cash in their room his decision to steal the money and kill any potential witnesses sets in motion a catastrophic series of events that pits man against woman and friend against friend, until we reach a nail biting and bloody conclusion.
