LIR: part of my disappointment with the "honest" ballots in the THR were the admissions of this sort in one ballot...
... I saw one of the five nominated films, and I liked it, so I am voting for it. I appreciate that the real arena for good in the awards is to help publicize more films to a wider audience, but it's disappointing that a veteran voter (and this one may have been a screenwriter?) should be satisfied with voting on such a ridiculous if realistic basis.
So he or she is lazy, and voted anyway. I don't feel that is bashing someone for an opinion; I'd say it's bashing someone for advancing an unqualified opinion. See all nominees, and vote, or abstain.
