Tirian's vison... Aslan brings them back for judgement
The last book centers on Tirian. Some bad stuff is happening in Narnia and he is trying to stop it.
Tirian calls on Aslan for help (in the middle of the book) and recieves a vision of all the children who have visited Narnia in previous novels (except for Susan who no longer believes in the magical place). The people that Tirian sees can also see him back and they take it as a message from Narnia.
Eustace and Jill (from Narnia 4 The Silver Chair) return. They particpate in the story.
Towards the end of the story Peter, Edmund, and Lucy appear so they can witness the end of Narnia. All of the Narnians are gathered and judged by Aslan. Those who opposed Aslan or deserted him were turned into ordinary animals. Those who were faithful to Aslan entered into Aslan's Country.
The remaining "friends" of Narnia and the original children's parents die in a train crash during the final book so the children deicde to go to Aslan's Country. Only Susan is left in the real world (but she no longer believes in Narnia and has convinced herself it was all a fantasy that she made up when she was younger). Narnia is dismantled and destroyed.
