It's not that Spider-Man has been rebooted so much as that all of those reboots have been within a relatively short time
The *first* Spider-Man movie ever was in 2002, so we've gotten all these versions in only 14 years. By comparison, the first Batman movie (not counting the old 1966 campy one spun off from TV) was in 1989.
