Wondering if my port is lost forever since I can't remember what email I used to sign up again years ago. Very frustrated.
I am doing my best to exercise patience while HSX deals with a situation they didn't anticipate. I'm hopeful I can at least give me old password to confirm my identity. This is an account I don't use anymore but came here for an additional plea for help - not just for me, but for the vast majority of players who are on the outside looking in. Though wait times are not idea for responses, thanks to staff for working to rectify the issue as fast as possible.
