should have moved to this weekend and forced Dark Tower (Sony) to move. would have played well through August into Labor Day.
Dark Tower came out way late with their marketing, no buzz, trailers looked bad, industry grumblings about quality short run time.
It will still do well, especially if it is actually a good/scary horror film. but Tower is going to stink up what should have been a meaty August for a blockbuster this weekend.
