so dark tower outperformed the national average here by alot, wasnt expecting by that much! ($864 to $650 - that is 1.8M/2770 locations) I also used a too high theater count, i used 3000.  not sure why this area performed so well, will look for national demographics and compare

detroit reeeeally outperformed. i dont see a theater count for detroit but compared to others, probably 2400ish? so 525,000/2400 = $218 per theater, where locally they did $418! theres typically good turnout from AA audiences here, but not usually so much opening night. i also was using a too high theater count here too (2700, instead of 2400)

kidnap= again,outperformed 308-263, and too high theater count (2000 vs 1900)

so will hold off on predicting a thurs preview # for now, and contribute only what i know for sure
