Julie/Julia successful, it needs to corner women. And you have another possible chick flick draw (?) in Morning Glory two weeks prior. I like it when there is a dearth of demographic product...such as when there is no horror for a month and 1/2 and the crappy lil horror pic opens and shocks by doing 10m more than anyone would ever think.
Also, if Eat skews older, that audience isn't necessarily an opening weekend crowd...not like Sparks, Twihards or Sex folks.
I dunno...just my opinion...whaddyIknow.
