I'm always confused about Netflix and other streaming movies. Indiewire says...
(the movie)..."is headed to Netflix, but it looks to spare no expense on the streaming service. “Outlaw King,” slated to debut in select theatres and on the streaming platform on November 9..."
Does "debut in select theatres" mean that they are just fulfilling some kind of contractual obligation and putting the movie in 2 theatres (for example) and is going to make zilch, or does it mean that it's going in a number of theatres for a 12-week run and could still pull in a couple mil?
