the viacom merger is a big deal. Viacom has a lot of cash on hand and will likely be buying up assets
they hedged their bets on T6 with Skydance and Tencent and Fox. As much as Peter wants to make this out to be a disaster, it'll be really hard for Paramount to take a big loss given how they mitigated their risk.
