Just as I'm catching up to you... :)
I know how you feel, I've given it a thought a few times during the last year. I've been able to keep good results on limited online presence, but it hasn't been fun, it kinda feels like a chore that I have to do every day in the morning and then before going to bed, and stop whatever I'm doing to run to make a trade whenever that big news come. I haven't played IPOs (other than saturday's) in years, and the only StarBond work I do is check the position on adjusting bonds every tuesday, but I don't follow up in any way; basically set and forget until adjust. And if you think about it, all of this is still good enough for me to be a top 10 trader. I think that shows the limited trading oportunities you mention aside from reset traders.
I'll probably hang around doing the same thing for a while until I'm busy enough and fade away. Hopefully Hollywood rebounds and give this a new life.
I'm probably retiring from HSX soon.... this game (like the box office) just isn't fun anymore. Mar 25, 06:19
