For BLACK ADAM he actually bulked up! His overbooked schedule doesn't leave room to get out of shape for now. He's too managed.
Basically seems to be "strike while the iron is hot" so when his career loses steam he might explore it. His overworking seems to at least be partly inspired by the downward spiral his dad took after his peak.
