Disney seems to be pushing away from theaters for nearly everything
They are trying desperatly to keep Disney+ relevant. Plus it looks like they are getting away a theatrical release for anything they don't see as potential top of the box office. For all the people thinking HP2 would be the PG movie for holloween that's another one off the list. They are dropping like flies. Maybe Munsters? Is that the only one left that hasn't said streaming only. Rumor is Rob Zombie had it in contract with Universal that the movie would get a theatrical release even being a 1440 movie. Not sure how family oriented it's going to be though since it doesn't have a Eddie character. Seems more like a fan project for lovers of 60s horror comedy/comedy horror then a bring the kids family experience. Overall it's looking more like I will be taking my neice and nephew to see a rerelease of Haunted Mansion again
anyway, like i said. Pocus-heads would turn out in droves with their kids for HP2 in theaters for H'ween. oh well.... Jul 01, 01:59
