Regarding ATEAM marketing (redux)...it's obvious that nostalgia and the built-in audience are important elements, but if the predictions and
explanation for under performance keep pointing to how few are familiar with the original series, then the marketing is out of balance, depending too much on name recognition (which should be considered nothing more than a base to build from). A situation like A-Team is ideal for creating interest from a newer audience, while piquing the curiosity of the older audience (see Star Trek). With a better opening, and the good WOM they're getting, they could have had a new franchise. They dropped the ball on this.
