List of Movies with Rescheduled Release Dates

Has anyone compiled a list of all movies that changed US release dates due to COVID  *and* includes the whole list of announced dates:
so for example Top Gun: Maverick [TOPG2] would have,
July 12, 2019;June 26, 2020;June 24, 2020;Decemebr 23, 2020;July 2, 2021;November 19, 2021;May 27, 2022
Having the dates on which these were announced (the July 2021 date for [TOPG2] was announced July 23, 2020) would be a plus too.

Wikipedia has a nice list, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_films_impacted_by_the_COVID-19_pandemic, but seems to only have final release date.
