Question about Direct to Video/Streaming/Video on Demand Delists

I haven't been around in a while and have noticed quite a few movie stocks that appear to have already been released or have been announced as destined to be released directly on US Amazon/Hulu/etc, are these still being delisted at $0.00 upon them becoming available on those services?  Also are direct to video included in related StarBond TAG as 0.00?

Example movie [BDRLN] appears to have been released under the name "Dead Shot", it was released video on demand in August 2023, currently available for
