TERMINATOR 2, for example, made five times what THE TERMINATOR did, and AUSTIN POWERS 2 made in its opening weekend more than what the original did it's whole run. Millions of new fans are made on streaming (or on video, in those days) that will line up for the sequel when it hits theaters.
