think about it from the producers point of you...this franchise is guaranteed revenue, so theres a plan in place to make one every 2 to 3 years. They have now missed their window in the plan, so they move on to the next slot....its not like another James Bond film will never happen, it just skipped a slot in the budget so its lost revenue for all and some people move on to their next project.
There's no need to delist and relist...the movie will happen
