are you asking about mnargin or revenue? different movies have different film rental (net revenue) and each theater negotiates their own

film rental. I would imagine GARFIELD and FURIOSA had similar film rentals with FURIOSA being slightly more expensive.

adults drive way more F&B than kids in my experience. kids have smaller portions and cheaper prices. Its easier to think of F&B in a similar way as restaurants do

Interesting that Garfield sold nearly twice as many tickets as Furiosa (2/3 the $ each), so for theaters, GRFLD WAY more profitable since terraformingearth Jun 04, 07:19

you negotiate film rental prior to release fwiw. you can go back and try to renegotiate when something bombs but neither film bombed enough Moviesnob Jun 04, 10:42
