I get they wanted to give Craig a big send-off but...

But there was zero need to kill him off to make room for a new actor. Audiences are accustomed to getting a new Bond actor every few years. Like Dr. Who.


If there's one franchise that can get away with it, it's James Bond. They might have actually pioneered that type of re-casting of the title role or at least were the first ones to be so successful doing it.
