No comment on Nickel Boys, but if boththe actors in Sing Sing were so deserving, why wasn't it nominated for feature?
And they loved A Different Man so much that they didn't nominate Sebastian Stan? And thought Nickel Boys director should win but not the movie or its adapted screenplay (also not nominated). And The People's Joker is absolute garbage -- one of the worst movies I've seen this year. These are mostly nominated by some of the country's film critics who I consider complete hacks with only a few exceptions.
