I had bad feelings, when I walked out of today's noon IMAX there, ended at 2:45, there was no line for the 3:30 IMAX.
And after having walked up and bought my noon IMAX tix fifteen minutes before show time, I was thinking that based on this afternoon the movie just wasn't going to be that HUGE today.
Also, the box office, which is supporting an enormous theater at the Spectrum, had nobody there. There were a couple of regular screenings of the movie scheduled in the mid afternoon, but there was very little traffic walking up this afternoon.
It just wasn't POPPING there.
So I talked to my stepson who works at the Cinema City in Anaheim Hills. He told me the movie is doing "pretty good" over there.
Hopefully we'll know by early morning..
