and it is all about TOM CRUISE BEING BOXOFFICE POISON? Shouldn't Valkryie be either a $50 Million or below grosser? Especially for that genre. And it's not like it came out during a time where there was no competition on the contrary you had movies with Brad Pitt, Adam Sandler, Jim Carrey, and MR.BOX OFFICE Himself Will Smith playing the field at the same time.
Granted it was during CHRISTMAS TIME but then if your star power has been damaged and dropped to a point of no return then I don't think no matter when your movies get released they'll still bomb.
I guess one true way to find out will be with MI:4 if it should outgross MI:3 or perhaps come closer to the level of the first 2 series then we'll know sure I guess whether if it is all TOM CRUISE.
