The mysterious screamer didn't scream at the basement jump scare at the end, only the one in Justine's dream and I think one in Brolin's character's dream - but the scream felt like it was in the room, but when we discussed it we felt it wasn't. It's actually quite clever to include a screaming women in the sound mix as it scares everyone in the theatre!
