Yes, you could add 2nd IMAX screens, but logjams of too many IMAX worthy films in the marketplace that have legs past opening weekend at the same time are fairly rare and IMAX licensing terms are somewhat onerous. 


Adding a bunch more IMAX screens in the same markets cannibalizes the take, and smaller markets typically have a hard time supporting IMAX rates.
