This is stuck in a nasty legal battle where the producer is trying to get TWC removed as distributor for various reasons

i.e. TWC went ahead with a fast food tie in this past January with Burger King for when it was originally supposed to be released but never produced a trailer or poster all of which Kanbar is saying they needed approval on.
