Delists are almost always on Monday (Except some holidays ..The Calendar is your friend) of the 4th weekend of wide release or the 12th weekend of limited release.
Delists are based upon the Acutual Box office figures released Monday afternoon. Since most money is made on the weekend (yes, theaters are open Mon-Thurs but generally do a lot less business) the "final" weekly figures come out on Monday. There are Weekly actuals that are published on Fridays, but are not used by the HSX/ERC totals.
Sometimes, the Current Price is less than the Actual (or in this case estimated) box office sales in which case they are referred to as ARB, short for the real world term "Arbitrage" (Google it)
There is a reverse term of BRA which means that the Current Price is greater than the box office total could ever reach (based upon actuals, estimates, movie not in release, etc)
