The fact he's in commercials and even mentioned in a review is pretty clear evidence he's in the movie so he should be attached. HSX's criteria for whether someone should or shouldn't get attached to a stock is getting more ridiculous by the week. Variety/THR should be LAST resort compared to the production materials and sometimes the studios just haven't updated those in time for early premieres like this one. Heck, Eddie Marsan barely appears in Sherlock Holmes for 20 seconds and doesn't have a single line and yet he is credited and mentioned in the notes (and attached)... it's so effin' ridiculous.
