By definiton, "StarBonds will be price adjusted to match their TAGs," so "Will adjust to" means the new TAG....
TAGS do not adjust. TAGS are actually "recalculated" every week, with movies added to the TAG and old ones dropped when movies "delist."
The recalculation is done when the actuals are uploaded to HSX, usually on a Monday, and the necessary StarBond adjusts happen the next day.
I am not being fussy, but by using the correct terminology, we all know what we are saying to each other. The Dude's if X then Y is a simple way of saying the right thing. Hopefully, everyone understands what he is trying to say.
