it was mentioned in the article I wrote:

"She will get a TAG after the movie delists but her price will not be adjusted because starbonds do not adjust their prices for their first release."

HSX Glossary (under listing 'starbonds')(link):

"Beginning with their second film, StarBond prices are adjusted to match the TAG when their credited MovieStocks cash out."

From the HSX "FAQs":

Why is a StarBond® not listed as eligible for an upcoming adjust?

A StarBond may not adjust for a variety of reasons:

* The film is the star's first credit.
