I know he doesn't have a movie scheduled and he is a long ways from a dead bond delist, but his next adjust (whether it is for a new movie or a delisting) can never do any better that at what the bond is currently priced at.  I'm not saying it couldn't go higher but it seems like if you have some spare dollars in cash (FYI, I have $2.6 billion in cash) it seems like a good point to start establishing a position for the next adjustment.
