If the question is truly about "delisting" of StarBonds, as happened a couple of weeks ago...
StarBonds "may" be delisted for inactivity if they have not had a release, or attachment, for over 3 years. There will be a delisting, usually on a Friday, on the order of every 6 months, and the StarBond is delisted at TAG.
Directors are given more time, as often active directors take more than 3 years between projects. (JCAME has TITAN still in his TAG, after 15 years) The last time this occurred, virtually all of the potentials were delisted, except for directors and those who qualified for "exception" due to attachment to a movie that was released but did not report box office sales to ERC.
KaiGee has a list and so does HSX Dude to see potential future delists. The list has been nicknamed "The Bucket List" after the MFREE and JNICH movie.
