Uh.. no. That only applies to movies dropped off. When Adjusting movie is added, you drop off the 5th DELISTED movie, since FSAMP will
not have delisted before NYSME it doesn't come into play for that movie.
So, SOCIL drops off for NYSME, and RIO drops off for FSAMP
When it comes time for NYSME and FSAMP to drop off then you do it in release date order
