THR: Coroner: Cory Monteith (CMONT) Died Of 'Intravenous Heroin Use' And Alcohol (0.13 Percent). RotoHockeyYTD2013 Oct 02, 20:41

I'm as conservative as they come, but think making drug use illegal is stupid. The reporter is wrong, heroin is not "toxic" forlorne Oct 03, 06:34

Good thing that the American 'War On Drugs' is going so well. {nm} RotoHockeyYTD2013 Oct 03, 10:17

Monteith was Canadian. I'd say your country has a heroin and champagne problem {nm} islander Oct 03, 10:20

who died in Vancouver. {nm} Antibody Oct 03, 10:24

Canada has Medical Marijuana Nationwide. Liberal Platform promotes Legal Marijuana Nationwide. RotoHockeyYTD2013 Oct 03, 10:39

Funny you always bring up noise to divert attention that you didn't even read the facts about CMONT before attacking America. {nm} Antibody Oct 03, 10:50

Read the Facts. Posted the Facts. 'War On Drugs' Commentary was in response to the forlorne Statement. RotoHockeyYTD2013 Oct 03, 11:16

heroin is just as illegal in Canada as in the US. So "War on Drugs" and legalized Marijuana are completely irrelevant. {nm} Antibody Oct 03, 11:39

Irrelevant? Not at all. Both are quite relevant - and inseparable. Please read the Insite Program Post. {nm} RotoHockeyYTD2013 Oct 03, 12:41

British Columbia's Insite Program is a Model for treating Opiate Addiction. RotoHockeyYTD2013 Oct 03, 11:26

What model? Your Conservative government just shut them down for prescribing free herion Antibody Oct 03, 13:45

You Botched that one badly. Absolutely ZERO Effect on Insite. Confirmation Links Inside. RotoHockeyYTD2013 Oct 03, 15:45

Ok, I got the two mixed up, but your government have continuously tried to shut down Insite. Antibody Oct 03, 15:58

And the Supreme Court of Canada told the Government to Take A Hike in 2011. Hands Off. RotoHockeyYTD2013 Oct 03, 16:04

US major cities have needle exchanges as well. The US has the same disconnect between the local and the federal government. {nm} Antibody Oct 03, 16:15

It is a weak debater's out to attack the country and not the issue. Arguments should be notional and not national. IMHO. {nm} PVL Admin Oct 03, 17:41

:). And poutine addictions are rampant in Quebec. {nm} PVL Admin Oct 03, 12:48

So is lead paint in Saskatchewan, apparently. {nm} BSmurf Oct 03, 16:03

I used to love poutine, until I became lactose intolerant. {nm} elchan Oct 09, 11:42

What people choose to put in their own bodies is their business, as long as it does not infringe on the rights of others. {nm} Bubba_Fett Oct 03, 11:17

While I agree with Bubba Fett about personal choice. Heroin is not toxic? Hell, plain water will kill you if you drink too much. ndmaster Oct 04, 08:46

It's a wonder how some troll don't pass on as compared to some talent like Cory, and where is this conversation going? {nm} karspov Oct 03, 17:15

The primary thing to remember when Roto posts a POV, is that he's always right. The sooner you accept that, the shorter the thread. {nm} PVL Admin Oct 03, 17:38

Incorrect. The sooner you ignore it, the shorter the thread. {nm} RogerMore Oct 03, 17:48
