The Exception rule goes back a few years. When a performer was attached to a ZBO film, the Star Bond stays alive for the 3 years
as it was not the fault of the performer that the producers chose not to report box office to ERC.
Currently I count almost 40 Starbonds that are Exceptions.
On the other hand, a movie that is delisted because it is not being released does not trigger the Exception rule.
