I think HSX should consider changing the rules for bond delist and allow actors 4 years vs. 3
I've now seen a LOT of early delists for actors who would have already done their work in their next movies... case in point: LInda Cardellini. She appeared in Avengers: Endgame, but she also provides a voice for Guardians and presumably she was already cast before she delisted in Nov. 22. Maybe the pandemic is a good excuse to chance the rule, since many actors haven't worked for two to three years due to the pandemic. Kinda unfair they get delisted.
