Do stars doing streaming movies or for companies like Saban Films get a reprieve from delisting?

I ask because today's IPO is a Kevin Smith being released by Saban Films, who as far as I can tell, has NEVER reported box office... but there's a Saban Films release coming out next month that would spare a bond from being delisting later this year (there are three bonds that would be attached but being Saban Films, why even bother to iPO it?)
