Having watched the replay more than a dozen times, the ROTO totally supports the call that was made.
As a former Hockey Referee, you know that tussels near the bench can easily get out of hand. If it had gotten out of hand and Stephen had not blown the play dead, he would have justly been held accountable. To say the Hawk Player did nothing is ridiculous. It was the right call, regardless of what transpired later and who later won. Shooting the puck into the net after the whistle has been blown is not a Goal. It was the right Call. 100%.
