RIP: VH1 Top 20 Countdown
I have watched the VH1 Top 20 Countdown for years (I actually appeared on one episode a long time ago).
For some mysterious reason the last few episodes at the end of last year had "guest" hosts which I could not stand and fast forwarded to the videos.
Two weeks ago the guest host (Train) announced that the Top 20 Countdown was being replaced with 'The 20' with a new permanent host.
I watched last week and the new host is extremely annoying. So I just fast forwarded thru her crap to get to the videos.
I can no longer fast forward to get rid of the host. This week they actually started popping up the host inside the videos mouthing off and making very unfunny comments about what is happening in the video and sometimes the host is just dancing ontop of the videos.
I guess VH1 does want people to watch them anymore. I know I will no longer be watching.
I might still record the last hour and fast forward to the last 5 minutes when they do the recap... but I am sure VH1 doesn't want me as a viewer and I am sure they will find some way to mess up the recap.
