While I don't agree with the college - it's a private religious institution that requires as part of your contract to teach there certain
restrictions. She violated those and therefore the contract she signed so they have the right to terminate her.
I think the school is close-minded but if they are privately funded then they can restrict what they want to teach. She tried to get them to expand those policies but apparently they don't want to so she has 2 choices - follow their guidelines or get another job/
