The NFL lead us on for awhile, saying we were fulfilling or on a good pace to fulfill the requirements so there were alot of people with false hope. 

But after Kroenke burned ALL bridges with his application, he almost forced the NFL to grant his move. 

If the team had been halfway decent it might have been more upsetting.  But they hven't had a winning season since 2003.
