the time it is ready to cash out. it is at that time, that the warrant will be adjusted to proper level based on the box office at that time.
so, the price right now is based on trader activity. that means the price can only rise and fall as fast as traders buy or short the warrant. most traders bought in at max shares at the time it IPOd, and thus there has been little trading activity on it since. when this happens, the price cant move. so really you just have to wait until it cashes out, you will make your money then
