Have there ever been TVStocks for non-big4 station TV shows? After watching the 1st season of Mr. Robot...

I thought that would have been a solid yes for it's full season but then realized that it wouldn't have had a TVStock. I'm guessing the reason we don't see the stocks is because cable shows (and certainly online shows like Netflix and Amazon ones) are gueranteed a full season? If that's the case I get it but I was wondering if it was the reason.
