again, Dave Roberts could have just as easily won 104 games this year with the same pitching strategy that managers used more than a century. going with the Rockies Way on steroids has blown up in his face spectacularly in two games that should have been easy wins with early leads.
i hope Verlander pitches a complete game shutout just to rub his nose in the analytics
