SURVIVOR Rule # 1 - Never tell anybody that you have a Hidden Immunity Idol. 

SURVIVOR Rule #2 - Never tell anybody that you have a 2nd Tribal Vote.

SURVIVOR Rule #3 - NEVER, NEVER, NEVER give anybody your Hidden Immunity Idol.

Lauren violated all 3 Rules (giving half an Idol is the same as the whole thing).
