panic/location alarms in classrooms, a security radio in classroom with ear piece, blue light cameras/alarms/call boxes in parking lots, and at sports fields, numbered interior and exterior doors, window boards indicating number of people / number of casualties in rooms, brick classroom walls instead of drywall, first aid kits with QuikClot in classrooms, visible school ID badges that change color every year, whistles to alert others, etc,
